Due diligence. Contact us, speak with us. Call other agencies. Make an informed decision. Home-health care is not a perfect science. We recognize the importance of the economics involved. Please remember that there can be a direct correlation in service and satisfaction between the fees paid to the agency and the fees paid by the agency to the caregivers.
Should you decide on Concepts in Caregiving, here is what will happen. We will review all needs, concerns and scheduling through discussions with you, family members or the care recipient. We consult with physicians, hospitals, facilities and geriatric case managers to assure that all needs are taken into consideration. An individualized plan of care will be developed. If home-health care is ordered by your physician or if your long-term care insurance is being used, our registered nurse will do a comprehensive in- take and assessment. All paper work will be handled by Concepts in Caregiving. Concepts in Caregiving does accept assignment from most long- term care insurance companies. Care will be monitored and assessed on an on-going basis to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our clients; any recommendations to update care will be discussed with all parties. |
